How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days. Please allow 2-3 days for processing, then 5-7 for delivery. You'll receive a tracking details as soon as your order has been processed.
What is the cost of shipping?
A flat rate of 2.99 applied to every order under 50GBP. Shipping is free on all orders over 50GBP
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, we now ship all of our items worldwide.
Can i exchange my item for a different size or colour?
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different variant of a purchased item, please return the original order within 14 days and place a new order for the piece you'd prefer.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you link to track your package. You can also check the delivery at any time through our Track Your Order page.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags remaining attached. Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer and we do NOT charge a restocking fee. To begin the return process, please email us at support@elmntapparel.com with your order number.
What if i receive an incorrect or damaged item?
Please contact our support team right away at support@elmntapparel.com with your order number and a photo of the item(s). We will assess it and work with you on the right resolution, wether that may be a replacement, a refund, or something else.
Can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel an order if your order hasn't yet been packed. Please email us as soon as possible at support@elmntapparel.com with your order number. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and you will need to follow the standard return process post delivery.
Do your items run true to size?
